The parish council have been made aware that Copart have withdrawn from their contract with Jaynic and will not be pursuing their proposed development at Shepherds Grove, Stanton.

Jaynic have confirmed that they remain fully committed to the site and the wider development proposals within the planning application, which includes the 4 smaller development plots and the associated highway improvements and new road linking through the site to Shepherds Grove West.

Jaynic trust that West Suffolk Council will continue to progress the application to a decision at the earliest opportunity.
