On the 28th May 2020 the Clerk to Stanton Parish Council sent a Confidential e-mail to a local Housing Association. The subject of the e-mail was a Safeguarding enquiry about a local family, tenants of the Association.
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be a planning committee meeting on 16 July 2020 to be held by Zoom Conference followed by an Extraordinary General Meeting.
Highways are planning to carry out surface dressing works along B1111 Stanton/Barningham/Market Weston and Hopton, as detailed below. The works are scheduled to take place between 16 and 22 July 2020. This will require temporary road closures from 7pm to 7am and from 9am - 3pm to ensure that they can carry out works safely. Traffic cones may also be placed to prevent on-street parking, so the work site is unobstructed.
