Bloor Homes have now submitted an amended outline planning application (means of access to be considered) - for up to 220 dwellings (including affordable housing and ten self build/custom build plots) and associated infrastructure; changing rooms site; public open space; allotments; public car parking; and vehicular and cycle/pedestrian access.

This development is proposed for the land opposite the Shell Garage in Bury Road.

This will be a matter for discussion at a seperate planning meeting which will take place at 7pm on TUESDAY 12 OCTOBER 2021 AT STANTON BOWLS CLUB , BURY LANE
